    !!! THIEVES !!! LIARS !!! RUDE !!! INCOMPETENT !!! best sums up the Bushnell branch since Dan the new manager got there. I was a long-time customer of over 20 years in a town of less than 2500. My local 'personal banker' should know me. Over one million dollars have passed through my Regions accounts. There have been hundreds of dollars in errors in my accounts for the past six months, totaling thousands over the years. Sometimes to my advantage as at times, other customer's money was wrongly credited to my account. Often my balances would fluctuate inexplicably. Several of my accounts were mistakenly and arbitrarily closed. Now, because I foolishly opted for paperless banking, there is no paper trail. Regions Bank 'lost' them. How convenient. This last time, it took six months to finally get MY OWN money returned to me. Dan, 'my local, personal banker' was useless and actively worked against my interests. He intentionally had the remaining balance check sent to an address he knew to be incorrect. I was a loyal Region's customer for 20+ years, now moving on to a local competitor offering a $200 new account incentive. I should've been an @$$hole sooner. Regions Bank still owes me hundreds. !!! DON'T TRUST REGIONS BANK !!!

    I have never been treated with such care, concern, and professionalism as I experienced with the Branch Manager at this location. I will recommend this particular bank to everyone. Count me as a VERY satisfied customer!

    I have loved Regions Bank for years. It seems though they are going the way off Bank of America. More rules less friendly service for customers. At one time they truly cared about customer service. Thankfully Suncoast Credit Union is right around the corner.

    It’s never a good experience. The lady constantly looks miserable and treats customers the same way. She should never be put near customers and no one ever answers the phone. Good luck trying to call.

    I have had approx 1500 stolen from me in the past three months that the bank will not help recover. This has been thru use of my debit card even though my card has been in my possession the whole time and unauthorized debits from my checking account. I also had an investment that was delayed by a month because the banker had not renewed her license. I ended up having to get the police involved to get my interest for a month. At this point I will be changing banks. I am very disatisfied.

    Felt like the tellers thought I was gonna rob the place. Asked for a personal loan to buy property and I was told to go the sun coast federal union a few minutes away. I’ve been banking with region for seven years now. MOST unhelpful place I have ever been in my life.8/20/2018

    There're rude !! At times it seem they don't want to help the customers . The one in the lady lake the villages is better .
