Tried to call this bank 3 days in a row to make an appointment to speak about some estate issues and never once was able to reach anyone. Ended up dealing with the Lake Mary branch.

If you want to be just a number and not have a bank help you this is the bank for you. They froze my business account check causing massive issues even though I have a history of cashing large checks. They froze it for 14days and made my account negative. Dont bank with them

They have a lovely staff that is willing to help you make deposits or withdrawals as well.

No access or services for any non members, ATM does not work either

Never have enough staff working. Long lines for bankers. So if you are a business expect long long time to get help. When they do come available except substandard service. Do your self a favor and stay away

What kind of a bank does not Have a manager?? She was the only one who got things done. No wonder she left. have never seen so many fraudulent charges on my card, I work for a company where I can make money deposits in one day. It is horrible to work for a lot of money in one day, and then someone else somehow gets a hold of it and you end up with nothing. The bank refuses to do anything about it, I'm withdrawing my account for them today and I'm going with PayPal because I never have a problem with them or direct deposit through PayPal. Also my liver is failing and I have pancreatic cancer, they wake me up to tell me what took me 55 min to learn yesterday. Which is you have to go to a branch because they apparently don't know how to properly send out a text code.

I decided to switch banks and transferred all my money to Sun trust. We have not received a card yet so Saturday at 3:27 I called and spoke to a man telling him the following. We are 35 minutes away and we know mondMo is a holiday. We don't have much has but we need to withdraw money. This is the only Suntrust still open they close at 4. We leave told by this man yes come on we will still be we will wait. I said are you sure because it's far for us to get there. He assured me yes. My husband and I get off work at 3 so this is our only opportunity. We get there to be greeted by a woman named Kiesha who apparently is the manager. First thing out of her mouth is we are closed we are closed. We explained the situation and we spoke to someone. An older gentleman walks out and says OH NO I FORGOT now he was actually nice and felt bad for forgetting but this so called manager says OH see he forgot now go have a good day. I said mam I understand he forgot but I literally have no gas to make it home now. Can you please help us. I was being so nice and almost crying when she looks at me and says the fillofoll slowly like I'm retarded. We.....are....closed we....go.....home by by 🙄😤 So i tell her mam I'm not stupid I'm just trying to get you to understand my situation. Now the nice older man who did forget tells her hey can we not just do what we did before and run it on tuesTue giving her the money she needs. She says yes we could but no we will not because we are closed. He says but I did tell her don't worry come on down. She didn't care she ignores me only repeating like I'm a child we.....are...closed..... As I'm about to just leave I hear her tell the older man this.....We are closed if we do it then that means another 20 minutes we are here so no it's not happening. Inturn around and tell her I will NEVER BANK WITH SUNTRUST AGAIN BECAUSE OF HER. She didn't care what I was saying she ignores me. VERY VERY disrespectful she makes SunTrust look awful.

Less than one star is needed. This place has gorrible customer service. The bank is filled with people who are just left ro sit and wait. Bankers keep saying, "We'll be with tou in a moment", then walk away for half an hour. The bank is not my only stop, but for some reason these people think we have all the time in the world to just sit here! I never thought it would be such a long difficult waiting process just to open an account. Super disappointed that they have no one working here.
