    The Horst experience for a bank. No change, the teller wasn't trained correctly. Only one teller for 4 windows. This is second branca I visited and it was the same bad service

    I was given wrong information about some fees, and of course I had to pay these hidden fees, this is after doing my due diligence to prevent any issues and such hidden fees ( so it is either poor employee training or theft via hidden fees). I sent an email to the branch manager, almost 3 weeks ago and I still have not received the Courtesy of a reply!!! I'll update this review if situation is resolved professionally. I would not do any transactions with a bank that is not transparent on hidden fees, even when you ask about them before the transaction....BE AWARE!!!
