They have had problems with being understaffed for years. Also, the employee turnover rate is high. Tellers are always pleasant.

The first time I came here was to exchange dollars for pounds, however the young lady gave me the wrong exchange and gave me Euro's instead. Someone pointed it out to me that I was given the wrong currency, rushed back the day before my trip. Chris, the bank teller was very nice , waived my fee, but explained that they did not have enough pounds to trade me, but told me of a currency exchange store nearby. Thank you Chris, just wished you had been the one by who had handled my transaction the first time .

I had a very bad experience with a gentleman of a name Roger Tomas, very rude, didn't help me at all, showed up with a problem didn't take care of it at all told the problem would fix itself in 24 hours, went back the next day and the gentleman pretended to be on the phone and refered me to the tellers who didn't know anything about my problem or how to fix it, when to another branch and thankfully a gentleman by the name of Wilfredo Caballero went out of his way to help me and took care of the problem in ten minutes, very bad customer service!, very arrogant gentleman.

I do not think that in addition to not being a good bank, also being open they deny entry to the bathroom to the bank's clients I think this is a shameful abuse, and everything is because of the covid19, it is not fair that they trample on the rights to This is what the TD bank and its employees do with dubious professionals!.

Great service here. Notaries available with little wait or hassle and everyone was as friendly as could be.

Very good service. They speak both English and Spanish. We were able to open our non-resident bank account but they explained to us that to make wires wether domestic or international you have to be physically present at the branch. You need two forms of ID such as Passport or Driving License and a Utility Bill to your name all with the same address in your home country. The account we chose is free as long as you maintain a balance of 100 USD but no interest is accrued. Beware that there is no restroom for customers you have to go next door to a retail shop.

I went to this branch 4 weeks ago with a 2 page form that the bank needed to fill out for my 81 year old mother so the nursing home can get paid. The bank manager is never there. The person who I was told would contact me with a resolution didn't. They don't have the form I gave them and when I went back to the branch yersterday and the staff who I met with originally acted like they never saw me. Don't go to this branch for help with ANY documents.

Super friendly. I'm always greeted with a "Hello".any issues I've had with my account have been resolved in a professional and timely manner . A big bank with a small town fell.

Branch was of no help. They were in a rush to go home rather than help me, especially their employee Leodan Garcia. If by some reason you have to go there, do you not work with him.
