    A bit slow of a service. Although they have all the protocols in place due to Covid, it takes time to get serviced by a teller. BOA: Believe me. If the transaction could've been done over app or 🏧, I would've done it. Problem obviously is the the lack of personnel and service culture. -1 star.

    Be there at 9.00 with the appointment after wait for two weeks, and when I get there come out the attender to tell me, look if you wont the agent can see you but is nothing we can do for you today...If they know why they don't let me know before...Horrible experience.

    Worst bank ever!!!! Always, and I mean always, there is only one cashier and the lines are the longest you can imagine. And don't try to phone them, the never answer the phone. Right now I'm starting to look for another bank. I'm completely fed up with this one. All smiles to take your money but when you need the, nowhere to be found!!!!

    I went to this branch after parking my car and arrived about 3 to 4 minutes before closing and the Drive thru staff that didn't want to give me her name sent the supposedly manager Carolin or Karolin to tell me that they are closed. Althought I arrived in person before time but I was told that I have to go to the drive thru and i tried to get the managers attention and she disregarded me and I also tried to get everyone working the drive thru. I let the security guard know that i will be bringing my car and that I was here before as he knew. I grabbed my car and got in line of 1 car and when they finished that car they didn't want to attend me. They where very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. She refused to help me out because supposedly the system shuts down when it turns 4p.m. which i know is a lie. She should be professional at her job and more considerate of people's time. This is a business not her backyard. I hope you guys can take alert of the matter on how unprofessional this staff member is. If you guy's need proof i have a recording of the situation and the fact the she was hiding her face because she knows she was wrong on doing things only to her benefit. I also wasn't asking for a favor, I just wanted the right thing to be done. Thank you for this horrible experience today.

    The wait time is horrendous, people have no manners and are extremely disrespectful. When you ask for anything they give you an attitude as if it’s your fault that they’re slow as hell with their service. Waited an hour to be assisted by a personal banker with a baby and their claim is that “YOU HAVE TO WAIT” if you have no appointment. I mean I’ve been banking with Banknof America for more than 30 years and I have never ever experience such a horrible service in any of the states I have attended to.

    Slowwwww!!! 4 teller registers and only 2 working at a time. Not to mention other staff just walking around looking like they have nothing to do.

    Unfortunately although the staff is very nice the organization is just off and this location is definitely short staffed. This is not anything new or caused by COVID. I’ve been a customer for several years and it’s always been this way. They only keep two tellers up front meanwhile the lines are out the door. Now becuase of COVID you have to wait outside under a tent before going inside and waiting in again another line. It’s madness going there and has even made me consider changing banks because of this.

    Usually I don’t write reviews but I’ve been here for a good amount of time and I see employees having their own little meetings (keep in mind is not busy obviously) laughing and pretty much ignoring whatever might be going around. If I could actually rate this branch with negative numbers, -1 being the lowest I would give -infinity Simply terrible costumer services. Does anyone can get a job here or what?
