Truist Falls Of Neuse Rd, Raleigh

Impossible to connect to a customer service rep by phone. Branches are poorly staffed, many have closed completely. Huge maintenance fees on accounts. No “Truist” signs on branches. If it looks like a bank and there is no sign then it’s Truist. Closed my account today.

Clown show bank that replaces people with machines that dont really work. Stopped here today to deposit a check. Both outdoor ATM's were not working, nor the lobby ones. 4 broken or malfunctioning ATMs. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me either. I go inside and wait, nobody at the teller desks. A banker comes out of his office to tell me "Have you tried the ATMs?". I say yes and inform him they are all broken and I would like to deposit a check. Banker then says "Our teller (the ONLY teller) is at lunch.". Wat. If I had more time I would have closed my account. This whole thing of firing people and replacing them with machines inst working well. Take your money elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Per Suntrust’s request, I drove an hour and a half to the closest branch to close a checking account for my elderly mother for whom I have power of attorney. I brought copies of said POA as instructed only to be told original documentation is required. Zero care or concern was demonstrated by the bank manager nor the representative on the phone from corporate. It should also be noted that this is my third attempt to close this account spanning 18 months. Each time I try a new requirement is added. This is a checking account with a whopping $427 balance. I sure hope Suntrust doesn’t ruin BB&T’s customer focused culture once the merger is finalized.

For a year now every time I come to this location their is only one teller working. No matter how busy they are still just one teller. Horrible!

I had an issue which I was furious about but it ended up being a miscommunication from the fraud department. Rubi was amazing and got it all figured out and the other tellers were very sweet.

Callled two different branches, both of which open at 9:00 a.m.. Neither would answer my calll until after 9:30. The latest in a long line of sub-standard experiences. I miss Suntrust

This Suntrust has always been a very easy and pleasant place to do banking business. The staff is helpful, friendly, and courteous. It's usually fairly quick to get in and out; perhaps only a little wait on paydays. There is always plenty of parking close by, and the parking lot is not a zoo. This is the nicest area bank that I've used.

The ATM was out of order at this branch. I proceeded to go inside to make my deposit. The tellers seemed like they had an attitude problem and had me wait while three people stood around and did nothing. They looked so unhappy and I’m not sure why. I’ve always had a good experience but this time was different. I felt really uncomfortable.

As of September 2021, Ive Heard This Branch is Closing Sometime in March 2022. Not Sure Where its Relocating but I am just saying because Ive gotten a letter in the mail about this.

The building looks good. Clean from inside. Don't know about restroom bc they didn't let me in :(
