The fact that they close at 4pm on a Friday is insane. How can they service the working class with business hours of 9a-4pm?? Why should I have to spend my lunch break trying to make it to your building during those limited business hours when it’s MY money in your establishment? Makes me want to consider banking elsewhere with a bank that has more flexible hours…at least until 5pm.

I wish I can do 0 star, this rating is for the whole Bank of America corporation, and please don’t reply to this rating because there is no change to the way BOA is conducting their business. It been about 5 years since they started closing down branches and having less people and that lef to very bad services. Yeah the ATM’s are good but we need people to talk to and branches to go to.

I went into this bank to have my last name changed and card replaced. 3 weeks later, I still don’t have a new card, went back in to follow up and the personnel were all booked up so I would have to call customer service or book an appointment for the following week. I called customer service who expressed the new card was never ordered. So this location provided me with a useless service.

This branch and the people that work here are absolutely incredible. I came from several hundred miles away to purchase a vehicle, and after getting caught up at the auto shop, I realized I was going to arrive at the bank a few minutes after they closed. I called the store and described my situation to Christina, and she was able to convince her manager to stay open for me. Had she not done so, I would have driven all of that way for nothing, with no way to withdraw the amount of cash needed to buy the vehicle. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone. Thank you all so much!!

This branch must have covid bc they have selected hrs when we already lifted gathering and mask restrictions. Branch has note on door limiting hrs with the normal hrs below sign. When entering branch I was segregated like cattle and herd into a room like I'm carrying some dangerous disease. Idk why I still bank with them. Also they changed their check cashing policy in the middle of covid last year and stopped cashing checks unless the amount on check is in acct. Been with BOA for 20yrs and they treat me like just a number. Will be transferring future business to other accounts and closing boa account down. VERY DISAPPOINTED WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOA TO ANYONE

Every time I come here there is a huge line and only one teller, how disappointed it is to come for a simple thing and have to wait at least 20 minutes. Awful way to do business

Went to the bank today to withdrawl some cash for a purchase. To my dismay inside the bank there were 15 customers waiting in line to transact with only one teller, even though they have multiple teller sites, they never have more than one teller. We are still in a Covid pandemic, so I was surprised to find only one teller and no safe distance protocol and occupancy restrictions. To avoid waiting in line with 15 other people for at least 45 minutes, I decided to visit the drive through. Much to my shock the 2 lanes of the drive through were closed. With no explanation as to the closure. You would think in the era of Covid that drive through lanes would be a priority. My only option was to use the ATM. Upon arriving at home and reviewing the bills, over 25% of the bills were either torn, ripped, severely taped, missing portions or too old to run through a money counter. Not a way to run a bank.

I have went to this bank many times and Christina (teller) and Joseph (banker) is always on it. They have helped me in all ways I could think of. My customer experience with them is by far the best I've had at any other bank. Kudos to them for how awesome they are.

    Response from the owner

Hello Zaymeen, Thanks for letting us know how helpful Christina and Joseph were during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^phil

Bank of America is not friendly to military families that do not have local banking. All I needed was something notarized and they refused to help me because I do not have a bank account with them. Thank goodness the bank next door Wells Fargo is more than happy to help military families with no local banking.
