    I’ve had terrible experiences lately with SunTrust bank now Truist Bank, in applying for PPP funds. We applied on April 7th, and have since heard next to nothing, aside from having to resubmit a document on April 23. Nothing since then. The people who work in the local branches are very nice, and I know this is not their fault. But their corporate office is trash. They REFUSE to give updates on these loans. They won’t even talk to you. If you’re a SunTrust customer, consider pulling your money out and going elsewhere. They simply do not care about their customers. The PPP program was passed on a bipartisan basis and was intended to help small businesses. SunTrust, (and all banks), are taking 1-2% as profit. They are not being good stewards of our tax dollars. Take your business elsewhere. BTW BB&T is also part of Truist now so make sure to get rid of them too. #ppploan #ppploanproblems #suntrust #bbt #truist

    I love all the Ladies at this branch!!!! They are all the absolute best, very professional and caring, they make you feel at home. Claudette and Donna are my all time Favs!!!! These two ladies went above and beyond with taking care of me and I thank them so much!!! I will forever bank with Suntrust, banking with Suntrust has been a great experience.

    The WORST!! IN LINE AT DRIVE THRU ALWAYS AT LEAST A 12 MIN WAIT OR LONGER. THIS BRANCH NEEDS CORPORATE TO COME IN AND CLEAN HOUSE!! PATHETIC. TODAY 1.16.18 I WAITED 16 MIN AT DRIVE THRU AND I WAS THE FIRST PERSON IN LINE AND WASN'T EVEN HELPED. SHE SAID SHE WOULD B WITH ME SHORTLY. REALLY...16 MINUTES. NOT ACCEPTABLE. LOOKS LIKE IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE!!

    The staff on site are friendly and helpful, however to speak to someone on the phone an hour wait. Frustrating.

    My account was used fraudulently to buy a service from Amazon. Amazon not only promptly refunded my money but went the extra mile and paid the bank late fee! Then suntrust charged me another fee of some sort. They turned it over to collections without even talking to me. If fraud is committed on your card then anything after that point should not count against the owner of the card. It's not rocket science. The real reason is they know i don't make a lot of money and could care less if i have an account with them because i can't order tons of other services. I will never use them again. Oh my grand mother been there 35 years and they would not cash her check because the id expired and there were new people in that office. They didn't take the time to let the new people know of the loyal customers who should've left many years ago. Nor do they have a tracking system to thank 35 years customers. But they have a great one to charge you and make money! Services like Aspirations is the way to go you charge them what you think is fair for all their services. There debit cards have no fees and can be used at any atm with no fee! With service like this out there these banks better tighten up!

    Terrible banking experience.. after numerous times depositing my fiancés payroll checks they refused to do so this morning without him present, even tho the check was signed and we have done our banking this way for years...... said I would otherwise need to add him to the account.... sounds like a gimmick to me.... rude teller... will be changing banks. Ridiculous

    Opening at 9am and closing at 4pm is difficult on working residence. At 4:03P on 8/28/17 in the pouring rain, I was pushed away with the excuse, "Sorry we're closed.".
