I have thankfully been dealing with Amber King to purchase insurance for my home. I can't say enough about Amber and the quality of the policy she put together for me. She took the time to get to know me and what I needed out of my policies. She quickly realized I would be saving $$600+ on my home policy by adding my autos, which saved me $200 over what I was paying with the lizard. This allowed me to upgrade my home policy and stay within the same budget. I was always comfortable in our conversations and never had to question her integrity or knowledge. She explained everything in the detail that I personally needed it and responded very quickly if not immediately in some form or fashion. If possible, I would rate Stan Harrison with more than five stars. He went above and beyond to resolve an insurance claim issue due to a damaged roof caused by a storm. The time and effort Stan spent resolving this claim was immeasurable. He dealt with claims adjustors and evaluators, insurance officials, the city's permitting office and chief building inspector, and roofing contractors. Stan never took no for an answer. I Can't thank Stan enough. I highly recommend his agency. I've been a State Farm customer for over 25 years.

Do NOT get your insurance from here! They are the worst!! When I first got my insurance I was quoted that it would be $178 a month, but after my initial payment in the office, I was paying nearly double that for no apparent reason. I called multiple times to be told there was nothing wrong and then found out that they had mixed my sister and I up and put her accidents and tickets on my account as well as my moms! After calling for over 3 months they finally figured out how to fix it but the lady at the front desk was always so rude. After the 3 months they still charged me the high rate but then they finally got that fixed but didn’t refund me for a couple more month, and they never refunded me for the total price. Now, they’re dropping my insurance for no reason and I found that out through a family member. I’ve had no accidents or anything that should cause them to cancel it but they are. By far the worst experience I’ve had, I would not recommend them at all.

My wife and I have been insurance shopping for our home. Not fun right? We contacted almost all the local agencies, we like to support local business owners. Even with a current 4 point inspection and a wind mitigation report in hand we couldn't get a quote. Well to be fair our home is not exactly new or desirable for an insurance agency to want to cover. For one thing the roof is coming up on twenty years old and there is a small patch on it already. Our previous insurance company dropped us and over 20,000 other Florida policies right before hurricane season, after being with them for over a decade. Long story short, I called Stan Harrisons State Farm office right over on Canal Street and spoke to Christina Bass and within a day we were hooked up with better insurance than we had previously. Christina even notified the mortgage company...yes we have a mortgage...and premium will be paid with the mortgage payments...Yayyy!!! Take the hassle out of insurance give Christina a call, you won't be sorry!!!

Short and simple—my experience with Stan and his staff over the years has been nothing short of wonderful. My insurance needs were complicated and my knowledge of insurance was lacking to say the least. They were patient and made sure I understood the policies for both my car and home. Nothing but praise coming from me.

Stan Harrison State Farm is a very knowledgeable and helpful office, from the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed & appreciated as a customer! Christy was great in helping me switch insurance to my new car and explaining all the discounts I was missing, and even got Roadside Assistance for hardly anything (which is great since I’m due in February and would be LOST of I was stuck on the side of the road alone)!

Called Stan‘s office and spoke with Candy. She was very patient, professional, courteous, and responded to all of my requests. Would recommend this office to anyone. Candy is an Asset to this company!
