Truist Monticello Ave, Williamsburg

I hope Suntrust keeps and eye on their branches, I had a terrible experience, tried to open a portafolio with them, the lady branch manager took me to her office where she basically told me to come back a different day with my spouse because she had a commitment already and was about to leave, didn’t let any of the other ladies who were willing to help me help, didn’t even asked for my business card or phone number. Bottom line she didn’t want my business. Terrible service. I will stick to online banking.

It’s obvious that management does not value my time. I was in line to make a considerable deposit and right at 12:00 the closed sign went up and everyone in line lost out. I’m not blaming the employees, but each a ATM line appears to handle 4 cars per hour. Do you see a problem here?

Horrible! They have an ATM problem that is ongoing for years! Just had the ATM take 1,150.00 of my money no receipt after it started to spit out the 20’s I tried to put in after. Do you think after calling every day that someone has taken care of this! NO THEY HAVE NOT! No one seems to know what happened have had no one share with me on video feeds either! Also they have my debit card to someone else twice in the drive through! They tell you they are going to do something and do not. DO NOT BANK HERE BEWARE!

Two weeks after the change to Truist, four hours on hold, 3 visits to the branch, and I STILL cannot get into my account. They don't care.

This is a horrible branch. The customer service is a joke. I am a business owner and have been banking with Suntrust for over 10 years. I make multiple deposits weekly with my customers checks. Over the past 1 year I have made 3 attempts to make a deposit here. They always refuse, stating that the checks need to be endorsed which is complete BS. I have NEVER endorsed a single check for my business in 16yrs of business. After the teller was extremely condescending to me about this, I just asked my my deposits back. I drove 1.5 miles down the road to the Suntrust on Jamestown road.. Guess what, never asked or said anything about the check endorsement. Deposited them like EVERY other Suntrust in the state of Virginia, expect for this one. They need to fire all these people and close this branch.
