Truist S Henderson Rd, King Of Prussia

Just drove to this bank for a cashier's check only to learn they're closed until 2PM for lunch... I'll be switching banks. They never keep their hours. I am done with BB&T / Truist.

11:30 on a Tuesday and this bank is closed! BB&T has within the last year closed several branches that are close to my home. Now I have to drive a greater distance to find this branch closed today for some unknown reason

They are the worst, check your deposits to make sure they post it in the correct account. The teller thought I was old and stupid and she put my deposit in another account, probably hers or a friend.

Love this bank. Always willing to help me. Was waiting for a credit and it happened the very same day.

This bank (Not just the branch) is very antiquated and clearly desperate. Within a month of opening the account I was charged four $36 fees for charges to my debit card when funds weren’t available. They were unable to justify how a debit card can be charged when there weren’t any funds available. When I called to request a refund for the fees they told me I didn’t qualify for a refund because the account is new. I have never experienced such terrible banking relationship.

My advice is do not use this bank at all. There are at least 5 other banks in this neighborhood which are much better. I had a fraudulent charge on my account and it has been over a month and I still have not been reimbursed. I made many calls to the bank to try to resolve this and the girl would just keep telling me the credit is coming. It never came. Other banks have better procedures for handling fraud on your check card. Trust me, you do not want your money in this bank.

By far exceptional customer service and they are always willing to go the extra mile. Been with BB & T for 14 years and wouldn't bank elsewhere!

Now closed on Weekends because lack of staff
