This has to be the worse branch in the city. Always only one teller working lobby with 3-5 people waiting.. Slow as molasses and wait times on at least 3 recent occasions have been in the 15 -20 minutes wait times. And not very friendly once you finally arrive at the teller and its the same teller. They can and should do better....When you call this branch, no one ever picks up... rings on and on. This Branch is lame in the worse way.. Close it.

NEVER have you experienced a bank branch as bad as this one!!! I can't believe they stay in business. No matter how often they change personnel, it NEVER improves. For some reason, they do not change the worst performers.

Absolutely the worst branch I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Insanely long wait times to talk with the teller or get into my safety deposit box. Never go here. Not worth it.

I have a bank account there and they dont trust me to cash my checks and the Indian lady says to me that i cant close my account. Am being held hostage to a bank i hate. Worst experience ever in my life with a bank . i cant wait till i dont have to go there anymore. Do not give them your money . do not trust them at all . not even with one penny. Horrible.

I waited 45 min to speak to someone just to have an additional 10 min for asking questions that wasn't pertaining to my situation at all. It felt like an interrogation than just assisting me with what I need. Only to have my time wasted. Mind you I had my baby who was currently sleeping in my arms. The branch manager was who assisted me and was asking why didn't I get my services completed at the branch that I got my paper notarized by. It was really none of her business but I still ended up going back to the branch that I got the documets notarized by and still waited an hour for help at that branch. Mind you all the branch manager had to tell me was that the agent forgot to use the seal on the document. All that extra interrogation as far as her line of questioning wasn't necessary.

Wow. You have to be wealthy to have a checking account at this bank without paying a $25 monthly fee. If I had $25,000 in discretionary funds, it wouldn't be sitting in a bank. Duh; missing SunTrust every day.

Not the fastest I've ever been through a bank. I think they only had one teller for the lobby and one for the drive through at about 3:45 and it had a half dozen cars waiting (hint* go inside, there were no customers inside). My card didn't work in the drive through, I hadn't set it up correctly, so I went inside. I also got "Katherine", only remembered her name because because the other person who reviewed specifically the bank specifically mentioned her. I, personally, found Katherine to be a sweet, polite, and personable young lady; she helped me with my withdrawl and with resetting my pin number. Perhaps Katherine prefers dealing with big, ugly, tattooed guys. Beats me, but other than being a bit busy, I had a pretty positive experience here.

Worst BB&T branch! I had to drive 2 hours to pickup my debit card because there is a limit on how long they can hold it. I arrive and an told I can’t pick it up until tomorrow. However, “Katherine” is at this branch has no idea what she is doing. Would not recommend this branch unless you have the patience of a Saint.

Terrible. Overall terrible. Never use the atm here! Bb&t is a bad bank overall bad customer service and never get any thing in return from them such as a gift card or anything if they mess up. I went to go put money into my account at 2 am on a Friday and then my card got jammed in there and then I saw they put the money into my account ($87) and so I just got my card and drove off. Next morning I woke up to my bank statement saying they TOOK THE $87 FROM ME. In the bank statement it said “conditional reverse”. Now I have to wait until Monday morning. Horrible. Customer service wouldn’t do anything for me for the inconvenience. I work in a restaurant and office job and I know how to treat people. I don’t even know why I stuck with bb&t for so long for I’m going to get out of it soon so I can handle my money else where, somewhere that the machines don’t break down on you and steal your money. This Richmond location Midlothian turnpike one is horrible. I have bills to pay and now I will be behind on them. Completely appalled at the situation. Worst customer service ever! Also worst bank.. bb&t thrives to steal money from you in all ways they can. Sad to say this because I’ve stuck with them since I was 17 but I’ve had enough. Stay away!
