They never answer the phone and they don't return calls. I wonder if they are even open. If I could get in touch with them I'd close my account and never bank there again. There ought to be a law against banks like this

All banks have their flaws, but BB&T is the worst of the worst. Use a credit union, but if you must use a bank then use any other bank than BB&T. They are widely known as BB&Fee for a reason. They will nickle and dime you until they have all your money in fees and then refuse to do anything about their poor customer service, even for loyal customers. They will take advantage of you, even if you have banked with them for 20+ years. They do not care, and refuse to do anything about their shameful practices. Don’t bother going to them to ask that they correct an error on your account.

you would think on the 1st and the 3rd when all of Huntington gets their government checks they would have at least more than one or two teller open! And the drive-thru is open on Saturdays.

Always fast and easy. Been banking there for almost 20 years and never a problem.

Apparently in a building full of employees, eight in sight, only one person is competent enough to close an account and that person is the only one working.

Mortgage loan officer had no issue running credit without permission and then promising to get back to me the next day only to disappear and never communicate again.
