Been with them almost 20 years, and never a problem. I seen a few bad reviews on here, but if you read them.....you will probably come to your own conclusions. I came to the conclusion that if you can't manage your money, don't expect the credit union to do it for you. The people at both branches have never been anything but sweet and very helpful.

I had $127 in my account and a payment for $109 coming out, which would have left me with $18 in the positive. Instead of lettingthepaymentgo through, the wonderful credit union charged me a $30 fee BEFORE the $109 came out so naturally the $109 over drew my account. I will be switching to a different credit union after 20 years of being with First Priority.

I have had great service from some of the staff and I’ve had subpar service from some. This just seems to be the trend in the world today; Employees don’t care about customer service and there is no management available that cares enough to enforce it. It’s a sad time for our nation, state and city.

It’s the most terrible place you could ever bank. They will lie and only make it sound good if it’s making them money. NEVER go to Tiffany ( loan officer) she put’s extra’s on you’r loan and don’t tell you about. If I could zero star I would.. It’s awful how they lie saying they send titles out to the customers face and then call back a week later call back and it’s in there file. People beware...

Terrible customer service, atm charges at the branch. They don’t help or work with you on anything. I suggest you never even bank at this establishment. It’s absolutely horrible. And only care about is making profit, wish I could put 0 stars because that’s what they deserve
