Truist W Waugh St, Dalton

Tellers seem like they are under trained, they work slow . Every time i come to this location

BB&T is a great bank. My only complaint is the drive thru at the main office on Waugh St is ALWAYS SO SLOW. The other branches are always way faster. Not sure what their problem is there. Whether it’s staff or system, still needs to be fixed.

Nobody will answer the phone. No message. They have my money but won’t answer the phone. Time to find another bank.

Absolute embarrassment of a “financial institution” increases fees without notifying. Almost as terrible as the name Truist... Will be closing all accounts today and going to a real bank that won’t close down in a year

Terrible service no one answers the phone atm doesn’t work has been down for 3 days will be switching banks soon

This office needs more help in the drive thru!! Waiting 30 minutes plus..... yes 30 minutes plus is ridiculous! Most of the employees are rude as well!! I can only recall 2 employees that are nice here. Unfortunately the BB&T office on Glenwood is closed on Saturdays, they are faster and much nicer!

A ton of snooty southern women. Worst customer service. Told me I had an attitude all because this is the third time Ive called because they keep mailing my things to the wrong place.

worst and slow really slow to do any movement... deposit or cash check, the line for drive truck is unbelievable SLOW.....

Waited 25 minutes at the window for one check to be cashed. They claimed computers were down. Guess they’re always down because they’re always ridiculously slow. I won’t be back.

I have been banking with these ppl for more than 7 years...i love these guys.
