Great experience, very knowledgeable and patiently walked me through the gun selections until I chose the right one for me. Even took me on the range and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase and knew how to handle my weapon correctly. Definately recommend.

Jacks was awesome, they have some of the best guns in stock. The employees are awesome and very helpful/knowledgeable.

Overall great place lots to choose from when it comes to firearms and the indoor firing range was a cool experience.

Might be a good place for guns and other things but definitely not a good for jewelry took my ring to get sized end up having to go three times Bc everytime we got there to pick it up a diamond was out. Finally get the ring back and where they’ve replaced the diamonds looks aweful in one of the place the diamonds goes looks like they put a diamond two sizes two big in it 😞 plus side they didn’t give us no hassle about replacing the diamonds.

Talked to them on the phone today. The guy I talked with was awesome! So much nicer than any other gun store I've talked to. Just because of my phone experience with him, I will now be giving them all my business. Good customer service is hard to come by. Would highly recommend!

Staff is nice and the store is too. The reason for 3 stars is because I called to check on ammo, asked if they had plenty because I wanted a few boxes, mentioned I was traveling over an hour for it, and when I arrive it's one box per person. The frustrating part is that I called twice and spoke with different people each time and neither told me about the limit. It wasn't worth the drive for one box but I got it anyway since I was already there. Again, super friendly, great prices, awesome selection, but poor communication.

Jack's pawn and gun is a superstore for all of your safety and Security needs as well as some good buys on pawned items. The staff there is extremely helpful and friendly; they even let me try an item out in my car in the parking lot to see if it would work for me or not. These are some great people to work with!

This was a great experience. Wally (the sales person) was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The other staff were equally accommodating. The shop has a great selection of guns and ammo and a very nice range. I would highly recommend Jacks!

I recently took a gun class from Jack’s Pawn and Gun and I was very impressed. Obviously a lot of planning and thought went into coordinating and teaching the class and it was very well done. When it was over I felt knowledgeable and comfortable with my gun. I recommend the class to everyone.
