FirstBank Mortgage S Thornton Ave, Dalton

Hey, so I just wanted to let you know that your american flag was flying upside down today due to the top hook coming off 7-3-2021. My husband and I stopped to fix it, but i believe the hook may need to be replaced. I'll take this down once i know the location is aware of it

Poor service in the drive through. Blonde lady with glasses is always too busy talking to others. Twice now I've taken my grandmother to cash checks, twice we've asked for certain bills; fives, tens, etc. And twice she's just given whatever. She's either talking to co-workers, or having a full blown non bank related conversation, with one of the other vehicles. Seriously trying to talk my grandmother in to switching to Wells Fargo.

I personally have an open account with this bank and let me say they're the friendliest most helpful people that you would want handling your money I trust him completely and they are very helpful, better I had a problem they were there to fix it promptly thank you for being a good bank this is a great place

Very clean and covid-19 procedures followed. Staff was friendly and helpful, except for the fact that the person we needed to talk to and his secretary were unavailable, and they haven't contacted us back yet, 3 days later.

Im currently banking here but am going to change banks ASAP. Nothing wrong with the people there, they are all very kind. But my available amount is never correct. For example, I could have 500 in my account but on the app it shows I have 100. I always have to call and ask how much I have before I do anything. It’s very tedious having to wait till 9:00 AM before I can go run my errands.

My Experience has been the best, Juan attended me, and I thank him for his professionalism and timely attention at all times.
