    Inside I arrived at the bank exactly at 5:00 p.m. doors were locked staff did not acknowledge me and ignored me if this is the type os pitality to expect in a Maryland BB and T then I should know better and go back and use my Virginia branches it seemed to be a little bit more hospitable and willing to help people

    I drive all the way up here just for it to be closed when it’s clearly saying it opens at 9am. Several times this happens because they don’t like to keep online times updated
