This was my first time purchasing a car with ESFCU and I must say it was the best experience ever. Ms.Tadosha Brooks was amazing in throughout the entire process. She was very professional, informative, and most importantly patient/kind. I could not have not imagined going through this process with anyone else! Thanks Ms. Brooks…you rock!

Today I waited for Rondell to help me. He was extremely professional and sincere in assisting me. He provided me with to notched customer service today!

My experience is always pleasant because as I walk in l am greeted and so warmly that I go a happy place. As I pay the ladies are always cheerful making my experience a pleasant one. Thank you ladies for what you do and I will see you next month.

ORA was great as usual!! Came into the new location, (went to the old one at police headquarters) after 2years teaching abroad and she hooked me up! She was very knowledgeable about the differences and benefits of IRA vs CD! She printed info for me Gave me new ID cards and even hooked me up with the APP!

I’ve been a member of ESFCU for many years and have had the pleasure to work with some of the most amazing individuals. It’s nice to enter into the building and be greeted by Ms. Ola (BY NAME) and the tellers know you by name as well. It’s nothing but a great big family at this branch. I definitely want to commend and give kudos to Claudia, Marty, Rondell, Melanie, Ola, and Paris for the exceptional top notch service that has been provided over the years. It’s sometimes hard to deal with different people with different personalities, however the services that the FAMILY at the Forestville branch is beyond exceptional! I feel a sense of pride and joy whenever I enter into the doors of this location. Thank you ALL for the service and work that you do on a daily basis. Your work does NOT go unnoticed!!

Everyone was kind and courteous. Ms. Hines, the manager was very helpful and went above and beyond. I first joined the credit union in 1976 and I stay because of the people who work there.

Everyone was kind, polite, helpful, and best of all quick (Angel was especially great). I can't imagine a better experience!

Every other week I keep getting a call from their fraud department about "miscellaneous" activity on my account. This week when something really did happen to my account I couldn't get an appropriate response. They told me that I had to come into the branch in order to make any changes and that I couldn't make them on line. I come into the Forestville branch and they could not give me a new debit card (I had reported stolen) because their machine was down and to come back tomorrow (Saturday) when they could work on the machine being back up. I wonder if this was due to the fact that I came in 15 minutes until their closing and they just didn't want to work on the machine. I'm done with this bank. WHO BANKS HERE ANYWAY?

I am so pleased with the services received at Educational System Federal Credit Union. Rondell always goes above and beyond to help me as a member. And does it while providing excellent customer service with a smile. And I also would like to humbly thank Maurice for providing me great informative information and advice to help me with my financial needs. Thank you all so much. I must say job well done. Mr. Jay was great he knew what he was talking about if he didn’t have an answer he would get it for you and of course he saved me a lot of money. 😊 I will be back to work with you again soon.
