The entire staff was very professional and helpful during the loan request. They worked with me until I was able to gather all the necessary documentation so that I could be approved. The rates for the loan was/is great and this will allow for my credit score to go up. I highly recommend Marina Finance to anyone who has less than perfect credit.

The wait time to get the application status is horrible. I have to keep calling to find out what the status is and still not completed. I keep being told they are understaffed and are extremely busy. It should not take 4 to 5 days to find out the status of an application. When I did call, turns out they needed more info for me. No one called to let me know this. I had to call them. This is unacceptable. Time management seems to be an issue for the underwriters. Update: Ann Marie is the only one who is awesome. Other than that. Nope.

I was extremely grateful for the approval in my time if need but having to call back quite a few times just to find out application status was a little annoying especially since when I initially called they said it is usually within a few hours. My approval took 1 1/2 days then i was called 30 minutes before the place closed going into a holiday weekend. I had to call in to confirm receipt of my document upload which they hadn’t even looked at. I stayed on the line while the pulled the documents and was told that someone would call me back about next steps. 2 hrs later I called back and was told that I could come on in. I arrived and had no idea that the process would take over an hour. I had a meeting to get back to which I shared upon arrival. In spite of that I kept being left in a room alone for time spans when I had no idea what was happening. After that, I went to the bank that their check was drawn on and had problems cashing the check even though I bank there too. It took two tellers and a manager almost 30 minutes to ‘verify’ the check. They couldn’t find what ‘location’ it originated from. Although the check was eventually cashed the manager let me know that she’s FAMILIAR with this company and they write A LOT of checks daily so they have to go through this verification process. The bank manager’s implications made me very uncomfortable. I hope things are easy from this point.

I called to inquire about the loans process and the requirements. I spoke with a very professional representative. Very friendly and treated me with respect. I follow up on the status because I thought I was denied But i was approved. They have experience a huge amount of applications. The agent apologized again very professional. The following day I was invited to come to the office to finish complete the application and received my funds. My agent explained my loan agreement and terms which included the interest rate. Monthly payment and the length of paying the loan off. Your credit score depends on your interest rate and may seem high but you can payoff the loan early without penalties or interest. I was very impressed with the staff and ther service. I have recommended my family to your company.
