Truist Rockbridge Rd, Stone Mountain

During the middle of February I stranded at my pharmacy with no way of paying for the Medication air with no way of paying for a cab home. After I called my best friend and they sent me an Uber to get home I immediately started calling all of the branches near me to finally getting through to this I finally got through about a half an hour before they closed a woman answered the phone and I tried to explain to her what was going on and I got nothing but attitude and unwillingness to help. As well as misinformation I would not recommend anyone open an account at this branch especially when it’s the bank that’s causing the Inconvenience the only reason why I’m giving them one star is because she was the only one that picked up the phone that day

The management is zero. I been with SunTrust for 6 years but they are doing the same thing.The manager is so unprofessional and he look for a penny saving ways on customers. He run a self business under that building that is horrible and how it affects as abank guess it . I left this Bank because of bad customer service.

So I was waiting with my daughter to open an savings account for my daughter. The lady just popped and asked me literally "what do you need", I am like wow I asked her "what do I need?", well i need to open an savings account for my daughter and she was like "oh ok" and sat down. Really SunTrust come on, you guys can do better than this. Don't you guys hear the words "How can I help you today". My 3 year old daughter could have handled the situation better Than this lady did who represents SunTrust. So anyway I was waiting for someone to come and help me but the second man did the same thing by asking "sir, what do you need", that's it, I walked off from there and went Bank of America to open my Daughters saving account. It triggered me even to close my rest of the accounts with SunTrust.

Customer service has greatly improved .

I have been a client to this bank for more than 15 years. Cheap customer service and they can’t solve any issues I advice other banks

SunTrust bank they have poor customer service communications. Specially the one by Rockbridge Rd in stone mountain GA. They close your account without any notification little to no help when you come to they're branch.

I was waiting in line with my son . And there was only one teller .and she kept talking and talking to one of the customers. I ask is there another teller . They wanna tell me she wasn’t taking that long . They need more professional people at this bank . This not social gathering. Horrible customer service they have here

Do not come to this bank. If you want to wait for over an hour to be serve and to obtain unprofessional Behaviors then this is the place to be. I warned you please don't bank with this location because you will be there forever.

I enjoy the fact that they are rarely ever busy but seems like I can never make a deposit when I really need to the most.
