I"ve been trying to get into my account for the past two days. Either (I don't know which) my username or password is not being accepted. I go through the motions and finally get to a screen on my computer that sends me a code to my home phone get in my accounts. When the phone rings I get a message that says, If you are R_____ H______, press 1, with two other options. I press 1and it repeats the menu, over and over again but gives me no code. So, now I call the Customer Service (obviously an oxymoron) phone number and for assistance, I have to wait 35 minutes. Who has time to sit by the phone for 35 minutes? While part of this may be due to the transition from Sun Trust, it's not acceptable. I'll be transferring my accounts to another bank ASAP.

The drive-through tellers were really sweet and energetic. I typically hate going to the bank but they were a nice start to the day!

Went inside and was greeted immediately. Super friendly and fast.

Based on my personal experience today I would not recommend doing business with this branch. The manager was rude, condescending, and did not listen. I wish I had looked at the other poor reviews of this branch before coming in. I wish I could have given a zero for customer service but I cant.

Manager has the WORST customer service ever and shouldn’t be a manager. This branch has always gone above and beyond and has been a pleasure to come too. Will not be coming back...

Not sure if it's the head teller or branch manager (long brown hair) at Princess Anne Plaza Suntrust , but she was incredibly condescending! So from now on I'm heading to Towne Center BB&T / Trueist where the branch manager / is kind, smart and thinks outside of the box. Sheesh.

My company uses this bank for their business account. All the ladies are always so very friendly and polite, especially Stacy and Gail and the younger lady, I can't remember her name.. I'm sorry! Thank you, all of you, for your lovely smiles and kindness... I look forward to my daily bank runs. 😀

They were very helpful in reordering checks for my elderly mother when she lost the first set. They printed checks she could use until the others could come in the mail. The bank manager who worked with us was very patient and answered all her questions.

Everyone and the bank manager are the best..whenever I go there I feel welcomed and everyone there are very friendly..

Walked in, was looked at like I did not belong there. Was a very awkward feeling. Am I supposed to look a certain way?
