Dave and Erin ensured that our experience as a first time home buyer was nothing short of great. Dave did an excellent job explaining all of the paperwork and numbers, and comparing the different loans that would best suit our budget. Erin had the best communication and was always so quick to respond any time we had a question, and kept us up to date on what she was currently working on to make sure our closing was a success. Time was of the essence in our case with a 60 day notice from our landlord to get moving, and in such a crazy market - Dave got us pre-approved in 2.5 hours and he and his team were able to have everything completed only two business days after receiving our title work. The title company we closed with even commented how easy they were to work with, and our realtor was quick to save their number into her phone for future referrals.
