I came in this morning to close out an account and apply for a basic credit card. Ms. Rhonda was so helpful, patient, and kind in the process. She informed me of the criteria and went over the terms and agreement policy with me. I always know when I need a service here the staff is reliable and service is prompt. Thank you Ms. Rhonda!

I was at this location at 4:30 in the afternoon and the lady at the entrance is completely RUDE. Well! If you don't have good customer service, why don't you stay in the back archiving docs? The manager didn't even care and rolled his eyes. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Btw! Thanks to the one that attended us, I appreciate your time and your help I hope you find a BETTER job cause I can't imagine work with those people. 🙄

There was a woman there who asked me if I had valid proof of identification. I said that I just changed my name but I do have my social security card and my marriage liscense. Her response was we need a driver's listens we don't care about your social security card or marriage license. She was harsh and brass and seemed to forget that she is still in a customer service position and should be polite as such.

Always have great experience with Navy Federal. Smiling faces, quick service most of the time and they always let you know what's up with ongoing promotions and what not. As great as any other branch. Also have treats every once in a while.

Normally, I have a pleasant experience. Today was a different story. I think I was profiled against based on new fund availability policy. I went to deposit cash, cash my check and make a payment with 2 different personal checks (from another bank) with teller Melissa. She made it extremely difficult for me to do both of them with her and on top of that she had an attitude with me. Long story short, she only cashed my check and would not make the payment. I had to go to the ATM just to make a direct payment to my credit card using my other check (made payable to NFCU)! So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager mentioned it is based on the new policy and he would talk to her about her delivery. I am really upset that this happened today. Melissa did not go above and beyond & did not use the best judgment when assisting me with my transaction. It could of been so simple. But, I forgive her. She just should be coached around complex transactions while maintaining friendly customer service.

This location has an amazing system set up for the change in how businesses operate with covid protocols. They had a line outside with an employee to ask for each customer's request then relayed that message via "walkie-talkie" to the staff inside to check availability for that request. I was in and out of there in 10 mins and the staff were all very friendly!

I've been with Navy Federal before I even knew how to save money lol. My parents set me up an account back in 1999 and I have never been with anyone else! This location is located right next to the Farm Fresh and behind the Chillis, it's not hard to find. I walked in and was greeted. There was no line and majority of the tellers were ready to help me. I was in and out with depositing a check in less than 5 minutes. Great location in my opinion.

I have been with NFCU for 20 years. I briefly had another account with Bank of America and I quickly closed it. NFCU is the only bank that takes quick action against fraud alerts, I have never been charged an overdraft fee....ever. Their mobile app is user friendly and the options are endless. Best Bank there is.

I went in with my service animal in my arms I talked to three employees before getting the the forth one who informed me that dogs aren’t allowed. I told her she was a service animal and I had her papers and service dog ID card in my wallet and she processed to inform me that she wasn’t wearing a vest so she was not allowed in the building. If that’s the case then you should put that on your door. “Service animals allowed BUT only if they have a vest on papers and ID cards don’t count.” And I had talked to three other employees before being told that which made me so mad. If one person is gonna implement it everyone has too.
