I was introduced to Brad by my realtor and he was able to give me a preapproval within minutes of meeting him. Getting to meet and know Brad was the best thing that happened to me in my search for a home. The process of getting an approval was so swift and he approved me for the amount I needed for a house in a very good neighborhood. A very responsive person. As a first time home buyer, I always have questions and Brad is available and easy to get a hold of to answer my endless questions and concerns at anytime. If you are looking for someone to help you buy your dream home, Brad is the person to contact. He provided the most amazing home buying experience I needed.

From my first phone call with Travis, I knew I had the perfect loan officer and the perfect company for my first home loan. He walked through every step (sometimes more than once) with patience and kindness. He was very quick to respond to anything I needed which is how I got the home I got. Matthew Bittner did an excellent job at guiding me through a refinance. I would definitely use him again for any product that Southern Trust & Mortgage offers. He was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and went the extra mile to assist in all of the necessary steps to do a VA refinance (which can be challenging). My loan officer was good. Efficient, patient explaining the process etc. but then it went to his processor who has been 99% inattentive and responsive such that there have been last minute, unresolved issues, unanswered emails, and passing the responsibility for follow-up to "I have not heard from them", when referring to underwriter/peers. I would not use Southern Trust again and not recommend them until they put the customer's questions, needs, and concerns FIRST.

Alex Kellam did an awesome job taking care us throughout the process of applying for our mortgage and closing. He was very accommodating, quick to respond, and flexible. He took time to explain the process and requirements to us.

Deborah Park is a wonderful and comforting loan officer. She is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Was a stressful event for me but helped me get through it.. My family has enjoyed our new place tremendously.

Brandon Beddie was extremely responsive. He called me back right away when I first got in touch with him. He was very responsive on txt whenever I had a question. He emailed back right away whenever we had business to cover there. His associate Jennifer Felicciardi who I worked with for the underwriter portion was the same way. He also got me the lowest rate available and sent me the loan option worksheets right away. He also looked into first time home buyer grants which I had questions about. He provided excellent service at a fast pace and I highly recommend him for anyone who needs a loan.

At first things were good, we were working with bill lane. We had to switch real-estate agents and things just turned around. He kept switching the amount that we got approved for, then just stopped answering phone calls or texts. I understand the loyalty thing to the agent but we are the customers not the agents, and if he didn't want to work with us anymore let us know don't just ignore us. Not professional at all. I would not recommend working with this guy, we went with a different lender who actually showed me the paperwork for how much I got approved for, my interest rate which bill did not show me. Would rate it a 0 if I could, will never work with this company again and will let anyone know whos interested in getting a lone to not use this company.

Jonathan Chevalley was very honest, professional and provided exceptional service. I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer to work with. He was there to answer every single question I had and was very kind and knowledgeable. If he is available in your state make sure you give him a call you will not and I repeat WILL NOT be disappointed.
