Truist Haywood Rd, Greenville

This bank merged from BB&T a few weeks ago. I haven't been able to pay my mortgage and those who paid early don't have the payments posted. They closed the Woodruff branch and didn't tell us. We went there, the sign was down and the branch was vacant. So far I am not impressed. I've never seen a merger like this.

I am not pleased with the Construction Department. I have had difficulties with inaccurate construction inspections, employees in the construction department refusing to communicate with my spouse who is over the project and is more knowledgeable; she works in the real estate industry. Additionally, there is lack of assistance with the new build platform, will not answer questions directly nor problem solve.

The wait here took forever to speak to a banker. I waited and looked around and to see when was my turn and the guy was walking around back and forth. So ended up leaving. The lady up front did her best to help but I needed a banker.

Gloria Jones at the Haywood branch has been wonderful to work with. On 2 seperate occassions she has assisted with time sensitive information to complete an improtant transaction! Thank you Gloria!

how they business hours from 9-5 when its about to be 10 and i called 12 times and they still closed i just started banking here if this how yall phones going to be then just take the whole number off the internet this is ridiculous if yall open at 9 have that phone on at 9 not 10 so disrespectful

One of the friendliest banks Ive used. Staff is kind and helpful. Efficient. They want your business to succeed.

The customer service at this branch was horrible! The lady insisted that it was against federal law to take a cash deposit. I attempted to find said law and unfortunately for me, no law of this sort exists. This was pure discrimination and it was the worst service I have ever experienced at a bank. I mean who has ever heard of a bank not accepting cash?!?!

I'm done with this BBT. Make mistakes and not do something right then have the nerve to have a cocky attitude. And I'm not an aggressive or bad attitude person so I didn't bring it on myself. Numerous bad experiences at this bank so won't be returning to this location. I also do business banking, half of the workers are clueless. Better off switching to a REAL bank with more professionalism like one of the bigger ones in the area. Lesson learned.

Great car buying experience. Endy Gamboa was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and answered every question we had. The paperwork process was very smooth. Thanks to Endy our car buying experience was stress free.
