TD Bank Haywood Rd, Greenville

I do appreciate that TD Bank has assisted in bringing together my family with differing opinions. My ENTIRE family, immediate and extended, is in the process of moving all substantial amounts of cash accounts out of TD Bank. We are very concerned since TD Bank agreed to freeze funds for protesters WITHOUT a court order and for "Suspected" of being involved in an illegal activity??? WHOA- What if a member of my family has a name similar to a protesters in this Canadian Trucker Convoy OR Attends a Black Lives Matter Protest that the government dislikes? My immediate family will be moving both insignificant and substantial amounts of the bank; I want to be able to attend these types of protests without having to be concerned that my funds will be frozen without a court order or due process!! We rely on our bank accounts for doing national & international business. Get your money OUT of this Bank- We have done our homework and most banks are NOT involved in this crazy practice. Don't let the day come when your bank account gets frozen WITHOUT due process- It seems that TD Bank agrees with unilateral RULE BY DECREE.

The worst experience I've had with any bank. Highly recommended to avoid. They will sweet talk you into how easy and safe things are at this bank when you go to open the account. So far I've had nothing but problems. When I went to talk to the management about a recent issue I felt very brushed off and did not feel like they cared by the manager. The head teller, Shay, hung up on me mid-conversation and didnt call me back. Then told the manager Jack that I had hung up on her. Wow. Red flag. Then Jack, manager, told me that he was sorry I had financial troubles. Like... wow. Great customer service folks. I'll probably close this account and go somewhere else as soon as I can.

Charge me a $35 fee for transferring money between my own bank account between TD. They said I overdrafted but never did. Nothing but Crooks

My go to location. Always helpful and knowledgable. Can bank online, but often times I'll go in just to see everyone. Friendly atmosphere.

Americas most inconvenient bank. What an awful bank. Robbed with endless monthly maintenance fees and minimum account requirements. They have stolen hundreds from me in these incredibly shady fees and business practices. Multiple times rushing to get to the bank after work. We have all seen the commercials, supposedly TD separates themselves with longer and later hours. I got there 5pm many times and they are closed just like every other bank. The drive up ATM that for some reason only has 50$ bills available. A bill that is not accepted at many locations. What on earth is TD thinking not giving twenties out of their ATM. I'm letting everyone know in my family, my friends and my business partners and now you reading this review. Bank elsewhere. TD bank is the opposite of convenient.

My husband and I are relocating to the area later this month. I needed to open a few accounts beforehand and visited the branch off of Haywood. Deborah was amazing. She signed me up for my accounts, explained everything really well and even did me a huge personal favor that helped me out tremendously. I would recommend this banking establishment.

Don’t go if you are in any kind of hurry… because they aren’t. A simple with draw Should not take 25 minutes

Hours are short, and most things you try to do via tele-banking, they all you to come into a branch. Generally inconvenient.

Friendly staff. Always quick and courteous. Clean establishment as well.
