Let me tell you about Advance America location at East North Street. Renee and Pink are so wonderful. They have the best customer service in this industry and are truly a valuable asset to the company. When you go there your not just a customer but they treat like family and that is building life long relationships that one can truly appreciate. And as always borrow what you need and what you can payback on time for this allows you to build a respectful relationship. Pink and Renee together as a team you guys are special, always nice and up beat and must I say ready to server the community. Thank you both for all you do each and every day.

I was really unsure about going here to begin with.....but that was 7 years ago and I am so happy I decided to do it. Renee has always been professional and courteous since day one. And she also doesn’t judge you like a lot of places do when you are needing a little extra money for an emergency or for Christmas. I can’t thank her and Advance America enough. Ms. Renee was amazing, as they were closing she allowed me to come and open up a brand new account with them. Taking time out of her day to provide some of the most excellent customer service. New to the area I had no idea how to get money when I'm in a pinch but now I have a place that I can go to whenever I'm in need! Highly recommended 10/10

Shalunda on e north st is amazing she is very professional. She is very intensive and she takes her time and helps thoroughly as much as she can she sat with me for 34 minutes almost 45 minutes trying to help me get my loan and ended up leaving with the loan she walked me through each and every step to open up a bank account to printing out paperwork everything that she needed to do she’s a good team player and she is phenomenal.

I love Ms. Renee ! She is funny, down to earth, & always has a positive spirit. She goes above & beyond her job duties, & I always leave feeling more encouraged than when I walked in. If I could give her 10 stars, I would !
