Absolutely terrible tank. They spent all this money “remodeling” to convert to Truist yet their ONLY ATM machine doesnt even operate properly. It will reject your cash deposits even if your bills are not damaged, ripped, worn. They SHOULD have spent some money making sure the machines that customers utilize daily actually work without error seeing as the bank teller line is 8 people deep.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff is not properly trained on how to communicate with the customers. The teller obviously made up his own rules and policies for the establishment. Did not feel welcomed at all.

If you go to this branch and need ANYTHING done, ask for the manager Jason. He’s the only competent person here that actually treats you as a member/customer of the bank. Everybody else but the lady’s are on some strange ego trip.

I went to this Suntrust on 9/19/15 at 11:30 and went to the drive in. I waited 30 minutes for three cars in front of me as there was only 1 window open. After waiting so long I finally got to the window only to have the clerk shut the blinds on me and rudely told me they are closed. They close at 12pm on Saturday and it was 12:02. I explained how I had been waiting in line for so long and only needed my money in smaller bills and she just kept repeating they are closed. What terrible customer service. If I knew her name I would definitely speak to a manager regarding her rude behavior and complete lack of customer service. Thanks for wasting my time!

WORST BANK EVER ! DO NOT BANK HERE !!! You can never get in touch with them, it’s always a hold of 2 hrs over the phone just to speak to someone to get transferred. Very dishonest, staff always has an attitude(not my fault, you don’t like your job) , Their ATM is trash, WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVERRR !!! Time for a NEW BANK !

Worst banking staff I’ve ever come across. Walked in wasn’t greeted, waited in line to make a simple deposit with 2 tellers and one customer being helped. The young lady in front of me told me she had been waiting 10 minutes and walked out. I gave them another 5 and then I walked out. Never acknowledged. BBT going to Suntrust or viceversa is a death sentence. Time for a new bank.

I am a manager at a local business that uses Suntrust for all of our banking needs. I'm not usually one to write negative reviews, but I am so extremely frustrated with this branch and will be avoiding it at all costs in the future. Since Suntrust has phased out deposit slips, I write my deposit information on a post it note, very clearly. On Friday, I went to make a deposit for exactly $937.48, and I am 100% positive there was exactly that amount in my deposit bag because I counted it six times, being that it was such a large deposit. I checked to make sure they put the deposit slip in the bag before leaving (because they often forget and I have to ask for it...) but I've just noticed the deposit was only made for $932.48. Its only five dollars short, but that five dollars now comes out of my paycheck because it doesnt match the reports. This is the second time I've been shorted at this location - last week I sent an employee to this Suntrust to get change for $30 (two rolls of quarters and two rolls of dimes: $10 + $10 + $5 + $5 = $30..) And they shorted her one roll of quarters, $10. Of course the employee didn't notice until she arrived back at the store, meaning the odds of it being rectified were slim because she hadn't checked before she left. But that $10 came out of my pocket to correct the cash drawer. So regardless of how close this branch is to my store, I absolutely refuse to do any business there because I can't trust that they'll do things correctly. Who knows if this is a genuine mistake or if its intentional? Twice in the same week??? For all I know someone is taking my company's hard-earned money for their lunch... Now I will be going out of my way to a different Suntrust branch.

This is a lovely branch of Sun Trust Bank. I found all the associated very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They are always friendly and speak to every customer as they enter the bank.

Of all the SunTrust Branches I have been to, this is the best in S FL. They solved problems that other branches were unable to. I highly suggest the team at this branch.
