Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Military Trl, West Palm Beach

I understand there are staffing shortages, but when you are the third person in line and only want a cashier's check, why does it take 30 minutes?!? The branch manager obviously doesn't care either, because when my father VERY NICELY mentioned to him that it was the worst banking experience he's ever had, the manager didn't even respond. I guess we'll be switching to Wells Fargo....

My experience at this branch was a very good one. I made an appointment online for two separate issues. Arrived on time and was greeted by John R Assistant VP and he guided us in the right direction, was very knowledgeable, professional, handled the matters and even went above and beyond. Based on this I recommend this branch I'm assuming the other employees are just as great. Thank you John and Bank of America.

All bank tellers are truly rude and unprofessional every time I go instead of helping customer they sit there and laugh at them. I just went in and there was a deaf customer and they just sat there and laughed and said I don’t know what she wants us to do. The people at desks are very helpful just not the bank tellers. They’re getting paid to insult customers. BOA really needs to hire all new bank tellers all of them act the same with bad attitude.

Was in here to do a cash advance on a busy Friday. First the line was out of the door as there were only 2 employees behind the counter. After patiently waiting I was denied the advancement with no reason, at her discretion. Went to chase bank and was given the advancement with no issues

I am glad I didn't judge the reviews before coming here. Sarita has managed this location well and Daniel's expertise on financials got me going with a strong start for my business. Thanks a bunch.

The line is literally out the door and there is only one staff helping everyone. Very under staffed and there’s other staff just sitting in the back not even informing others that we will be helped shortly or asking us what we need etc. other bank of America’s have much better customer care this one is horrible they open at 9 AM and it’s 9:20 and chaos.

Bank is supposed to close at 1 pm Saturday arrive at 12:48 and nobody is even inside and all doors are locked. Literally just withdrawed all my money and am on the way to Chase down the street who is actually is open until 2pm. Thanks bank of America you've never been helpful after 2 years I'm done with this bank. Should have never left chase

DO NOT COME HERE!!! 20 people in line for teller with only one teller on duty at 1:30pm on a Thursday! No drive through teller available at this location. I overheard a customer complaining to what appeared to be the manager who more light on the situation and even joked about it saying this is the best he could do. How about having more tellers on duty?

The worst customer I have ever experienced! The teller was just pure lazy! I had to count and wrap my own money! I had over $4000 and a line behind me watching. It felt very uncomfortable. I will never use this branch again. I wish I could rate this 0 stars.
