Worst bank I've ever had an account with. Refuses to work with you and just are horribly rude in general.

We were yelled at and had our check ripped up and accused of fraud and yelled at for even asking when the lobby would be opened. Very rude and unprofessional by one teller.

Banking hours too restrictive for working person including Sat drive thru window.

This bank is the WORST! From the unprofessional employees to the numerous service fees! Been with them for only a couple years only because the bank I have been with for almost 20 years is not here in MD. I am looking forward to closing all 3 accounts with them and moving else where!!!
