    Worst banking experience ever. The bank officer was rude and unhelpful. We had a business credit card compromised several months ago and it is still not fixed. She would not even discuss fixing it she said it was a credit card issue and she was a bank. Excuse me but it’s their credit card. Since BB&T merged banking is a nightmare. We are moving all of our accounts as soon as this is finally fixed. Can’t get out quick enough.

    I am very sorry that I have to post this because I have been a customer of some trust bank for 18 years. I just don't know what is going on why do I sit in the drive-through to see a teller for 45 minutes at this location. When I am up to the window I can see the teelkers chit chatting with each other. Sitting on stools and moving like snails all while there are lines of cars a mile long. I think I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. I was an executive VP for one of the largest banking institutions for 22 years working in Chicago. Honestly if I was the executive VP of this branch everyone would have been terminated by now this is completely unacceptable

    Terrible customer service. Hostile bank manager. Do not bank here. Employees park in customer parking so there are no parking places.

    The worst bank I’m closing my account tomorrow, by far the worst, I’m in the negative only for one day, they will give me multiple fees, I went negative for only 12 hours and they gave me a fee even though right before midnight I made a deposit to cover it. This company does not care about their people and just wants your money, their phone service is very bad also and their Mobil app stops irking every other night and they’re constantly updating it. I’m probably switching to a new bank that cares

    DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Save your time and go elsewhere! I used suntrust up until I walked in to this bank and was treated horrible by the teller! I lost all respect for suntrust! Good thing in the next few years everything will be online and this place will be an empty parking lot!

    Truist Branch Leader Casey Brock refused to issue me a Medallion Signature Gurantee even though I had all required paperwork & identification. After several false statements by him that my paperwork was not the most recent I called BlackRock (again for a 2nd time) in his office, with him, to see if I was correct. The BlackRock agent confirmed 3 times that I indeed had the most recent statement available. He also lied about calling someone above him twice while I was there at a bad attempt at acting like he cared. A big waste of time. Casey also had the nerve to imply my unsatisfied demeanor in his office was because of a family member passing away. No, you just are bad at your job Casey.

    This merger is a ****show! Can't get customer service on the phone, payments to loans happening at different amounts then requested. Get out while you can!

    The mobile app doesn't work as well as desktop version. Couldn't check my account balance and have been charged multiple times for transferring fees from saving account. When I asked to refund due to inability of checking balance in time, was rejected. This particular bank's workers are great and very friendly, but the bank in general is a total nightmare to be with. Also had multiple problems with foreign transactions, which nobody could help to resolve. Will never work with them again. PS. Even when the app works sometimes, it's extremely poor in functions, compare to others.

    I’ve been banking with this particular branch since 2008, there are two tellers that I always go to when cashing checks or making deposits. And they always notify when there is strange activity on my account.

    Poor customer service. Walked in to open account with wife. The time was approximately 2pm. The bank traffic was low to non existing. Yet we waited for 20 mins and still no one attended to us. I would not recommend.
