I have bought 2 DSLR cameras from them A Canon EOS Rebel T7 with a 18-55mm lenses and a Canon EOS Rebel T7i with a 18-75 and a 75-300mm Lenses and have been nothing but satisfied with the quality of the products and the price of which I payed.

Great service and great deals on interest. I'm from out if town and needed to stop in for some extra cash as we all do. The interest in Florida is a lot higher than at home at the 25%, although they offer a great promo if you get your items within 7 days, they knock that in half at 12.5% which i thought was a great deal and was thankful that they offered that. Some other shops I went into did not offer that and I'm happy I came here instead. Looking around the showroom it was really clean and they offered many deals on jewlery and electronics. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

I brought my shotgun in to sell yesterday and Joe gave me a great price! They are very fair, friendly, and fast! I am disabled and Joe brought me a chair immediately without me even having to ask!! I will definitely go to Capital Pawn if I ever need that type of service again!

Exceptional service, brought in some goods for cash and they paid much better than four other local pawn shops. Moreover; they have a good selection of merchandise with much better pricing. Joe, he was great with mens watches and adjusted my band without scaring the face. This pawn shop is a hidden treasure and during my shopping it was constantly busy with clients coming in, shopping, asking questions and other business venues. My Highest Recommendation to sell and or purchase anything from garage power tools, to the home appliances, teens gaming, musical instruments, all the way to the right jewelry for anyone. It's a treat to just visit this place and look at everything they have for sale.

So I go into Capital Pawn secure in the knowledge I'll be making a firearm purchase strictly for home defense. The associate, Nichole could not have been more helpful. She had explained everything to me as to where my purchase was absolutely instinctual and spot on. A form filled out, and hopefully I'll be on my way. To Nichole and staff, job well done.

We are now to the area and wanted to check out Capital Pawn. Met Joe and learned about this business. We have several items that won't fit in the smaller Florida home and its nice to turn them into cash. We would recommend doing business with Capital Pawn.

Went in hoping to find what I wanted and the lady up front i think her name was Lorena was sooo helpful. She was so bubbly yet professional and had a smile from the second I entered to when I left. She had amazing customer service and what was even better was she spoke Spanish which is a plus because my grandmother who went with me only speaks Spanish. She cracked jokes with my grandma and was very nice. Would recommend this shop to everyone if Lorena is working.

I was visiting from out of town and needed to buy a last-minute birthday gift. Saw this pawn shop on my way to where I was ahead. I have to say it was the best decision I made. There is an employee named Nathan who was so helpful. When I walked into the store, he acknowledged me right away; as I started to roam the shop, I guess he could tell I was just lost, so Nathan kindly asked if anything he could help me find. I explain my situation, and he didn't skip a beat in probing so that he could help me find a good gift. And he had such a great sense of humor. I finally decided on a piece of jewelry that he recommended, and let me tell you, it was a big hit; you couldn't even tell it came from a pawnshop. I did like going here. Easy to pawn and get my stuff back, but all of a sudden, they stopped taking credit cards because they dont want to get charged. Which is an inconvenience for me. I cannot use my debit card for personal reasons. So now I have to figure out, how I can get my stuff back. If the no credit cards is true, maybe they should take it off there door. Because, the last time I pawned something, I used my credit card and it was only a month ago. So I'm very disappointed In that.

I went in for first time yesterday and was dismayed at the way an employee was treated in front of other customers. The manager was essentially berating of a very nice and helpful young man. I felt a bit more explanation was in order of why something was done a certain way. There is so much that's seemingly arbitrary today and that doesnt make sense that more long-term consideration that this might actually be an employee you would like to keep and have confidence in would go a long way. I have a 20 yr old son and hate the way these kids are treated today. Still on the fence about whether I'll go back.be an employee worth keeping

My fiancé and I went in looking for a firearm and was helped by an awesome guy named Dave who not only helped us find the firearm for us but also helped us find a Harley Davidson ring for my mother in law! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel welcomed. The store itself was very clean and tidy and had a great selection! We will be using capital pawn for all of our pawn shop needs from now on!

I wouldn't buy anything else from here. I use to buy gold and guns from here. I went to see if they would help me out. I had a gun I purchased from them. It was never shot or used and I had my 807$ recipe. Even with the recipe that they couldn't even honor half of it they decided to offer me 240$ and then asked if I had anything else to make it to what I was asking. I think 500$ wasn't much to ask for and this place isn't what it use to be with these new owners.

Nicole helped me find a new wedding set for my wife and I. Walking around I saw they had all types of stuff. Sold my wifes diamond ring to them and used the cash towards the new set.

Spoke to a gentleman named Dave who is the store manager here. Excellent guy. Really knows his stuff. Super super nice guy I highly recommend this place to anybody. This is the best pawn shop! I went there today and Mikayla and another gentleman helped me and they were awesome! They really saved the day for me. I needed to pay a utility bill and they loaned me what I needed, they genuinely cared about what I was going through and wanted to help me.
