Terrible service one young lady took over 40 minutes to do one transaction the only other clerk for a lunch time rush and rush hour took just about as long. Smh on top of that this location has done this multiple time thru the rush hour period.....If possible avoid banking with sun trust as literally banking with them is worse than the actual service!!!!!!

Horrible wait times. I deal with 4 different banks in the Waldorf area a few times weekly. Most wait times in drive thru are 5 to 15 min. Except for SunTrust Waldorf . 5 to 6 cars in your line and you will be 40 to 55 min wait. Not acceptable when you need to get back to work..

Update...the branch manager provided accurate info BUT the product is misnamed...Suntrust' s unsecured line of credit requires $100k in verifed investable assets to qualify for their UNSECURED line...if it requires collateral, then it is truly secured and credit is secondary ...apparently the line is supposed to help customers in wealth management...the wealthy are provided even more assistance in managing their bounty...🙄 misleading and wrong information. My cousin went in to discuss applying for an Unsecured Line of Credit. She was told that she would need to provide $100k in collateral to get the UNSECURED Line of Credit. She repeated the request for UNSECURED credit, she is college-educted, she is articulate. She was lied to, check the website, Suntrust offers a unsecured (no collateral needed) from $25K to $100K. THIS Branch represents Suntrust, the branch provided false incorrect information, Be aware of this branch...This is not the first complain you will observe from this branch.

Please work on better customer service.

I was out of town and needed to use a SunTrust bank. I would go there again if I needed to.

The BEST SERVICE from Ava......first I went to the branch in accokeek Branch today to cash a fidelity check the older lighter skinned black lady on the end doing the drive through transactions was servicing me. She proceeded to cash the check and it had to go through a verification process so she couldn’t get the check verified and told me sorry I can’t cash it because they are not answering the phone that I should deposit it at my bank or get ahold to fidelity. I get it I understand but what I don’t get is the ladies demeanor. So I smiled and said ok so I got in touch with the people and they said that the bank will have to call them so I went back and the same older lady serviced me I explained to her that I got ahold of someone and could she call them she stated that she has to call the number on the screen ok I understand so I asked if the number I was going to give her the same number to verify the check she stated that she couldn’t give out that information..... I get it BUT DONT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE IM BOTHER AND YOU DONT WANT TO HELP ME .... no she wasn’t rude but her demeanor wasn’t right ..... you already work in an emotional occupation.... handling people’s money and then coming to you needing you and what not sometimes people are emotional and it’s not the message that’s upsetting it’s the way it’s carried out .... so I left and was on the way to my bank and I remembered that I dealt with this location and drove there to see if someone else can at least be nice to me .... AVA THANK YOU !! I walked in everyone greeted me Ava told me her name I explained to her that I was trying to cash my check because I needed to pay my car note etc etc and she got on it !! She was attentive had attention to detail and most of all she got it touch with people she had to get in touch with she made me feel like she took control of the situation for me ..... I really really really appreciate her service... just making me feel like I was a person ..... I highly recommend this branch and Ava..

Very poor service All these little want to be professionals forgot to eat their wheaties in the am. Pathetic service Sun trust is fraud.. beware they will close your account with your funds in it and then make you wait a month to get your own money.. via in a pandemic shame Should stick to pnc and Wells Fargo everyone Stay safe

BEWARE if you ever have to go to this bank! The Muslim lady on the end who wears the headress always gives an excuse of why she cannot do something and that it's company policy why she can't (and it's always a new policy!) It's funny that every other branch can do this certain transaction but this particular bank cannot! NEVER AGAIN!

One of the better banks in the waldorf area. One year in with this location and no complaints so far. Check it out for yourself.

They did not have me sign a paper . They did not accomplish we came to do. I had to goto another branch.
