Crazy how "overdraft protection is a 36 dollar fee" and they only allow one every two years? My secu account doesn't charge for such amenities. The facility is gross and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Been a customer for over 4 Years and will happily be closing my account.

This bank and its employees commited a serious breach of privacy. Please use caution if you plan to bank with these people. Their employees have lied and commited slander and gave out personal protected sensitive information without my knowledge or approval.

Great staff, always helpful, lines were never too long and I never minded waiting because when it was my turn I was the most important customer in the room. I also had the pleasure of working with the Branch Manager on multiple occasions who was fantastic.

Worst bank ever wait one hour and nobody was available to help, we have to leave can't wait no longer

Anytime I have ever called this bank I am put on hold for hours and anytime I am actually connected with a real person they connect me with the wrong person. Very frustrating and poor service .

I only go here because I do my company's deposit. My personal account is at State Employees Credit Union. They are terribly understaffed ! The few ladies they have are great.. Marsha, Amanda and Jill. But you usually have a long wait on a daily basis. They have a lot of old people for customers that waste a lot of time. Do yourself a favor and go to State Employees Credit Union ... They will have 10 staff waiting to help you.

Teller put my money in the wrong account. When my vacation was nearly ruined she called my phone and said corporate would get in touch with me and they would compensate me. Then there was extra money in my account just a few hours after she called, just like she said - now they are saying I’m liable for that money, and I woke up to my first day of vacation with my family back home to angry and rude voicemails and news that I won’t be having any money in my account anymore. Contacted 4 different representatives at different levels of management and they have all said Suntrust will do nothing, AND they will be charging me fees for having an account in the negative after they take the money out.

Called 800 number and spoke with somebody that was not good at speaking English. I could not understand what they were saying and it took her forever to look up anything!! Since She wasn’t fluent with English I finally hung up because I thought maybe it was a scam! Called my local bank where my accounts are, I got so far with the automated keyboard to reorder checks and the phone went dead (twice). I hope this is due to the merger!

Worst bank ever! I had to wait one hour to do a simple wire.
