Truist Colony Blvd, The Villages

BBT is transitioning to a new corporate owner. They will charge all accounts a $65 transioion fee ! Closed my accounts there and went to another bank.

3 people in line and some lady walks in and announces she needs help. They immediately helped her and left the people who were there first waiting in line. Awful customer service.

Drive thru tellers are extremely rude and unfriendly. I accidently left my debit card in the drive thru ATM, they retrieved the card but No COURTESY phone to let me know they found it!! When I called their office to asked them if they had it, the girl who answered the phone was proud to say," Yep, we cut it up!" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Steer clear of this location. Go to the Villages office on Wedgewood or the Leesburg office near the Mall. The staff at these locations are friendly and go the extra mile to help their customers.

I bank with bbt in Brooksville spring hill, love the app which makes it unnecessary to go into a branch. (My banker at the spring hill branch is not very helpful) I wanted to open an account for my daughter. There weren't any locations close to us open on Saturday so we drove an hour here Saturday morning and they were closed, despite the Google map saying they are open. Sign on the door said they closed Saturday hours in April. That's plenty of time to update their Google map info to prevent their own customers frustration. Chase is open until 2 so we're heading there.

This is the worst branch that this bank has, staff is rude and unhelpful during this transition and honestly if you choose to continue banking with Truist, just don’t go to this branch. Will now be driving out of my way every time I have to go because of their awful service.
