Truist Jacobstown Rd, New Egypt

I opened this account on May 5. I deposited an income tax check, a money order and a geico check returning my deductible. Income tax checks and money orders do not need 2 weeks to clear! It is now May 13. My funds were supposed to be available today. My balance says $0.00. Called customer service. Got someone in India who told me to "wait until monday to see if it shows up". I guess he doesn’t care because it’s not his money. They will need to return this money as I’m closing this account. Worst banking experience ever.

Temporary card don’t work ....can’t get my money because they never answer the phone .Zelle is shut down for some reason dumbest bank ever got to well known banks trust me

As much as I would love someone to give this woman a talking to, I will leave it here without a name. I will not be returning to this bank. I was very disappointed in my service today. The lady was very unprofessional. I had a few questions and for everyone she had an attitude with. Rolling eyes, huffing and puffing, very little patience. To the lady I will pray for you and hope whatever was bothering you gets better. Good day!

One particular teller didnt seem so welcoming. And unfortunately need more job training instead of giving false information. I went to get a print out of my deposits only for proof of income. Instead she printed out the whole statement with my withdrawls included. She said it's all or nothing. I called customer service directly and they explained that the bank teller could have did it for me and also told me how I can do it myself through online banking.

Not welcoming or even nice. I think they need costumer service training

They should really thing about hiring new staff for this branch The tellers expecially the ome with the lomg black hair she is the rudest person i have ever encountered in any bank ever i go out of my way to steer clear of her because i do not want to leav3 mad i have 2 accounts here and she acts like the money in this bank is hers very very very rude person i think she hates her job or even worse hates the customers who have to use this bank maybe both i have never seen her be kind to any customer sad

When going inside and not one other patron is in the bank, it is so very rude for 3 employees behind the counter to not even acknowledge you. If they are in the middle of something. At least have the courtesy to say good morning we will be right with you. Till they are done with the conversation they are having with each other. Extremely rude!

They are very nice here. My children have accounts & they like to fill out the paperwork work & give the teller the money themselves, which takes a while lol, but the staff is patient and kind. They took the time to explain other accounts, for me, and answered all my questions.

Very unsatisfied. Unprofessional, rude, and their body language says it all. I closed my account and will NEVER return nor do I recommend. I'm not sure why this bank is even still open, or why they haven't hired new employees. Worst bank i've ever been with.

This is a good place to go. Beats the other place in town!
