Went to this branch to mak a deposit and get a title notarized. There were 5 emplyees in the branch and 14 customers in line for the single teller, 4 more waiting for an officer. One teller was working the drive thru (9 vehicles waiting), the ' branch leader' was doing something on his computer and oblivious to the customers. Three customers left before completing their transactions and after 45 minutes standing in line, I also left. Not only will.I never use this branch again, I am looking for a new bank.

Very very slow. I know they just merged over but the way they work here is so slow. Especially drive thru. They need to hire better people.

I have been banking here for years. They are always very helpful. They seem to go out of their way to make sure you are happy. They are always friendly to the kids and even my dog in the drive through. They maintain a very professional environment while still being friendly. Great local bank!

Where can I start with how bad the employees are in this establishment!! they’re totally against their customers.. not willing to help them out when it comes to fraud problems.. they tell you to call corporate that they cannot help with That type of problem. Supervisor is totally hot and use it to her advantage flirts with customers to sidetrack what’s really going on.. and she don’t help with the actual problem.. she never knows nothing!! always have to call somebody else to get a proper answer.. I do not recommend this bank to nobody!!!!!

BB&T is an absolutely awful bank to put your money in. They have so many unnecessary fees, ranging from negative balance fees (i.e. your account has -$5 or less so they'll charge you $36 for every 5 days its negative) to returned item fees (i.e. theres money in your account but not enough to pay whatever the transaction is so they'll deny the transaction and then CHARGE YOU $36 for it, then charge you $36 overdraft fee, and then then a $36 negative balance fee). They will only refund you once within a 2 year time frame. One time! They take way too long to process checks or even cash deposits. Their phone app is completely useless and never updates your balance. LONG STORY SHORT, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
