We put an offer on a house Jodi was selling. My girlfriend and I fell in love with the house. Even after the realtor determined it was 3 bedrooms even though it was 2. We gave an offer for full price. However, Jodi not only didn’t acknowledge our full price offer we made. She made a commission on BOTH parties because she bought time until her clients would present an offer. Completely unprofessional and completely unethical.

Well - I wasn't going to leave a review on Google, but their comments and reviews on their Facebook page are disabled - I know why... I would not, under any circumstances, recommend TrueVision Realtors in Hummelstown, PA. And if they are representing the seller of a property you are considering, be prepared for them to not live up to their word and drag you along by continually giving timelines and then not sticking to them so they can continue to leverage your offer to jump the sales price. All the while, sending communication to you leading you to believe they were more than likely going with your offer so you wouldn't walk away. Messages like, "but I think it will work out for him in the long run if he hangs in there for 12 more offers" and "He has an excellent chance ;-)" Initially committing to have an answer on Sunday, then Sunday evening moving it to Monday evening, then Monday evening moving it to Tuesday morning, then Tuesday morning moving it to Tuesday afternoon. That is extremely unprofessional in my opinion - and I wouldn't even want that kind of representation if I were selling property - even if it meant a few extra thousand dollars.

They never returned my phone call. I also can't find the property listed on their website.
