PNC Bank W Governor Rd, Hershey

I have been living in different countries and have accounts in different banks around the globe. The PNC is the worst which I have been chance to deal with. I was trying to get access to my online banking, did not remember a password, tried to reset it and put the information required - get a message the data is invalid. So I get to the actual PNC bank, with my passport, social security and my phone to reset it. They was not able to help me with it in the bank. Can you imagine that the bank is not able to give the access to their own web page to the actual user who came with all necessary information? This is ridiculous. They only reset my phone number and said to call for the number to make it works. And employee on phone was not able to do it through the phone, and said that I will have to wait on mail which will come to my address in 3 days. 3 working days. So I will have to wait to another week to just log in to my account. I don't know who is working in It department of the PNC branch, but I am pretty sure that teenagers with minimum wage would do better!

I've worked with PNC for years and had no problems.

Made multiple attempts to open a trust account and was not able to -- visited five times and provided required documentation but they didn't have time to help me and had system problems when I scheduled an appointment. Employee who insisted I schedule appointment was not at branch for the appointment he scheduled me (he just left for some reason). Overall I wasn't taken seriously, had to call and prod for answers, and no one made a real effort to help me. Will not visit this bank again

Drive thru always gets my deposit wrong and the error is always on their side It's a business account I don't control or I'd switch banks. Very annoying

Judy condescending "So Called Manager" at this location, plus PNC condescending male manager across from Hershey Giant. Absolutely the worse of worse with customer service, people skills, period!!! I'm so disgusted with both!! PNC Hershey branches, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER, PERIOD! I will alert Pittsburgh home office, attention William S. Demchak chairman, president and chief executive officer of The PNC Financial Services Group.

This bank would not let me withdraw all my money (childsupport) unless I made an account with them so I did and was not able to close it right away so they made charges after charges and then refused to give anything back. Find a better bank!!!

Needlessly difficult to work with. A simple transition made far more complicated than needed.

It doesn't matter whether I go into the lobby, go through the drive-through, or give this office a call--they are consistently helpful and get done what I need done. Been going here for over five years, and I'm thankful they do such a great job.

I use this bank for check cashing only for an account through my job. They are extremely friendly, and when I was new they were so accommodating and patient as I learned the process for this !!

People who works there are so nice !! Everyone trying to help. I read the comments and see there are from 2-3 years ago. I think this branch is the best
