We have done two refinances with them, as well as used them to purchase our home in 2020. Sharing this VERY long overdue 5-star review for True Path Loans. I had been wanting to refinance since mid-2020, and was finally able to a few months ago thanks to the incredible team at TPL. It was my first time doing a refinance, and Michael and his teammates answered the many questions I had with patience, kindness, and transparency. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and thorough! The whole process was smooth and went very quickly, I didn't even need to step foot in an office - it was all done via email and phone! For anyone looking for a seamless refinance, True Path Loans is absolutely your best bet.

True Path Loans has been a God-send for my refi. I was very skeptical because I was not familiar with this company and almost trust no one these days, as services across all industries have just seem to decline. But everything they promised, they delivered upon…and some. The process was super smooth. I also appreciated that they were very available for any questions that I had.
