Leonard did an absolute amazing job helping us get approved for our first house! He is a great communicator as well as he is extremely thorough. Other lenders/loan officers will not tell you everything upfront and Leonard was the complete opposite. He let us know exactly what we needed to do to make sure that he can do his part and he came through! I highly recommend going to Leonard!

We were especially happy with our account manager John Reynolds, who shepherded us through the process, with clear, concise, and timely communications - a true professional. We did have a slight slowdown during underwriting review, however John made up for it with quick and efficient front (application and doc collection) and backend (closing) processes.
