I just closed on my house last month. Troy was extremely professional and very helpful. He explained me mortgage calculation in details, always returned my calls and answered every single email or text messages. In addition, Troy's team was always on top of the paper work and made sure my mortgage loan was secured well before the closing date. Troy was able to refinance our loan from a 30 to a 15 year, cut our rate in half and our monthly payment barely changed!!
