PNC Bank U, Manalapan Township

I haven’t received the survey yet to rate my experience but I was so impressed I wanted to come here and share it. I showed up an hour before closing and Nadia M. offered to assist me, even though she is a more senior account banker for businesses and large sums (which I do not have haha) and still treated me like a VIP client. She assisted me with opening a card to do a balance transfer which was a first for me. She took the time to explain everything for me. Even waited for me to drive home and get one of the cards I had forgotten, with me getting back just minutes before they closed to handle the transaction in the same day. She was patient and helped me find all the necessary information I needed. So grateful for her!!

atm machine did not dispense funds but that amt was withdrawn from my bank acct nevertheless. The staff was not helpful at all and asked me to file an online despite via online banking, which tooks weeks to resolve. switching banks for sure.

Had to come back multiple times for a simple transaction to be completed. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business at this location.

Those who wrote bad stuff about the bank are morons,we are the best.

Great bank, nice facility and amazing people. It was my first time there and my honest and accurate review has no reflection on the fact that I'm happy to be their mortgage loan officer lol. Nmls 179115 come see me!

I had a great experience at the Manalapan Branch. Another bank made an error and Manalapan PNC was quick to fix it, pleasure working with the people inside.

Terrible service. Got to the door at 4:57pm and the door was locked and the teller ignored me. Do not use this branch.
