Troy was always extremely helpful, available and willing to spend time breaking things down in to simple concepts. He created youtube videos for us that were also incredibly helpful. He screen shares while reviewing documents and explains everything you need to know, walking you through terms and explaining the process in detail, even line by line at times. This was invaluable for us as we were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions. Troy also made himself available at all times, including weekends and the occasional late night when we had an urgent question.
