I don't know why all the bad reviews but this is by far the nicest pawn shop we have ever been to!! They were very polite. They have a good selection of instruments, firearms, and Jewelry. Everything is nice and in order. Not junkie like most pawn shops! We will definitely be back in the future. They also do Layaway.

The lady with the glasses and hat as described in the other posts, has always been very polite and respectful to my fiancee and myself. I have been doing business with this branch since they've opened. I have never had a problem nor felt disrespected at all when I've been to this branch.

We entered this pawn shop today in need of a generator for our home back in Ga. We were without power due to hurricane Irma. They did not have one. These people called all pawn shops around until they found us one. Thank you so much for all the trouble you went through for us.

This is not an acurate photo, but I have to say when it comes to firearms they have the best prices, no charge for layaway or if you change the item.

I'm a 63 year old man. My mother use to take me to stores when I was just a young boy. She always made me put my hands in my pockets so I wouldn't touch anything. That practice still sticks with me today. Yesterday I went into this pawn shop. I had a hoodie on with hood down and yes, my hands in my pockets. I looked about for a short while and a man approached me. He then demanded I take my hands out of my pockets, which I did immediately. With all the violence in the world today, I guess he was scared I was going to rob the place. I just think that he should have been a little more less demanding and just simply asked me to take my hands out of my pockets.

Took a drone in to see how much they would do on it and got a 50.00 offer on a 300.00 drone which my bf turned it down at that time so a few days later we went back to this same place but different people working and told them the offer the other people gave us and we wanted to go ahead and pawn it for that price, well some lady called someone and they told her to go ahead this time for the 50.00 so we was ready to do this UNTIL for some stupid reason this girl wanted to call the gold man (over a drone) , the gold man, a 3rd person for no reason needed to be called because everything was already set to go and pawn but after she talked to the gold man he told her NO PAWNS on drones unless the drones was over 500.00 After someone else said YES they would do it, u dont go call a 3rd person, so to me and my bf she had no reason to call someone after we already had approval after getting a OK from someone she just called and talked too. The people working the first day we took the drone in was very nice but hard to bargain with Lol, thinking it was a older lady, gentleman and a young man around his 30 maybe (?) Maybe a family but the next time we went in those people working that day was rude, smartasses and very disrespectful with the way they handle their customers, they would talk about the customer when they was walk out to leave, and then not do what they said they will do. I do not recommend this place, they don't want to give u much money on ur pawn but will sell it triple the price they paid the person who pawned it. So 1 star with nothing good to say to them, for them or about them. Oh the other people was a young girl with brown hair and glasses and 2 guys around there 40 to 50 yrs old not sure of age but sure they don't know what there doing!!!!!!

I have purchased firearms form here often. Great helpful staff. Very nice peole. Will buy more form them! Good pricing too!

This place is hands down the best place for all your various needs from jewelry and tools to guns and ammo, even instruments. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Horrible service. Not friendly at all and the lady with the glasses and hat on all the time is very rude. We as guess in your facility shouldn't have to be talked down to.
