My sister has been with these guys for 10 pawning things and always showing up, despite that as soon as the rings my dead mother gave her were due they smoked her on them and wouldn't let her come get them. This is after 10yrs of handing them money and business

Went to buy a playstation. In generally they all gave me different answers to the questions I asked. When asked about if its wiped I was told no by two people and yes by one. Before I left after purchasing the ps4 I wanted to see if it worked. Thats how I found out they don't wipe it like they say. The charger cord was faulty and he had to hold it to get the controller to stay on. Super sketchy. They tried to talk under their breath a lot. Two stars cuz the place was clean and organized. They reminded my why I hate pawn shops. Never going back. Unless the ps4 wires don't work smh. Horrible experience. I felt scammed the entire time. I could go on but why?

Normally I don't post reviews but this place here is a total rip off. Showed them a pair of 1 carat diamond with 26 diamonds in them14k white gold earrings with authentication papers and they offered me $100 for them when they are worth 899. I by no means needed the money they just weigh my gf ears down. They acted rude and that they wasn't worth a dime. They wanted to make a huge profit off of them. I've had them tested multiple times and for them to act like it's fake is crazy. Be very very careful if you plan on purchasing jewelry off of them. They don't seem to know what they are talking about at all. I would like to know where they think good jewelry is from bc Leo diamonds is very expensive

Employees were diplomatic and polite. Even though my items were not worth much, they were not condescending nor dismissive. They have earned my respect.

So I've always had good experiences in there buying and or selling but I bought a welder a few weeks ago on layaway and got it out and it fed wire and powered on but today I went to actually weld with it nothing so I called them asking them to make it right and they said I should've checked it withing two days and I did the same check as they done so long story short they bought a welder that won't weld at all and told me they warranty it for in store credit

The staff at this particular place act as though it's just too much for them to stop what they're doing and help you. Makes it an uncomfortable environment.

Pretty nice place i mean never really had a bad experience what can you say about a pawn shop they are predatory in nature but if you are going to go to one this one isnt horrible
