Trent worked hard for me for over a year and a half. I met with my realtor and began the process of saving for a downpayment. Trent met with my realtor to discuss what to have aside so I could have a specific home loan. While I was saving, Trent reached out to see how I was doing. While I was out searching for homes, he would get back in a very efficient time period to let us know what I would need for the down payment and how much monthly payments would be. When the time came on a very short notice, Trent worked diligently to figure out what I needed for a down payment on a brand new build. The craziest part of all, during the entire process after putting in an offer and under contract, I was overseas. Trent worked with me to make sure all parts were moving on time and didn't hesitate to reach out to my family in a different state. Again, the process was smooth and efficient. I was able to enjoy my 35 day journey through Europe and Russia with no problem with the home buying process!
