I have been looking for Lexus GS, and with my credit other car lots had denied me. I kept looking, and stumble on a Lexus GS at TRDAUTO. I spoke to YL and I was very up front about my credit. With me staying in Vallejo, I didn't want to risk making that drive if he couldn't get me approved. Within a couple of hours YL got me approved and with reasonable monthly car note. I'm glad I kept looking and didn't give up. The car looks brand new being a used car and YL handled me very well. And doing the paperwork didn't take long neither. I walked out happy and appreciate the great customer service. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a vehicle.

After much searching for a decent car for my teenager to buy, TRD had what we needed. A reliable car for a decent price in the current market. Wael was straightforward and fair. He took car of a couple issues we found with the vehicle and we'd definitely buy from TRD again when we need another vehicle.

I don't usually give reviews or comment either. As a single parent with not a lot of experience with cars, this was the best place to buy my son's first car. Their customer service was amazing. They were attentive but not pushy. Their prices are fair, they stand behind the quality of the cars and they are very honest. The next day after buying the car the check engine light had come on. When I texted them they responded within seconds very apologetic and had me come in at my earliest convenience to fix it. It ended up just being a broken gas cap in which they replaced right away, free of charge, and told me to come back if there was any other issues. Also,.during a conversation, I had told them my air conditioning on my car was not working. They went out to look at my car to see if they could visually see any issues and help me out with it. After giving me a couple ideas I could try, to be able to save money, they also offered to get me set up with a reasonably priced mechanic they knew. I will be buying another car from them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a great experience here. My old car got totaled right in the middle of car prices rising everywhere, so I feverishly started looking and wasn’t finding much that was both affordable and reliable, until I saw a little blue Prius c. The car fax report was impeccable, so I called TRD for availability. They told me they wanted to fix a loose cable that had gotten scratched, so they asked me to wait, which was my first experience ever with a dealership explaining the issue in detail and working to fix it. When they’d fixed and cleaned it, I was able to go test drive it in the evening (their hours are very convenient if you work). It ran lovely, despite the high mileage. Once I’d decided on it, Wael was very helpful in answering all my questions, friendly, gave me all the required disclosures, and worked with me to make the buying process as simple as possible. He said that if something goes wrong, he’s there to help. My dad also really liked the dealership and that’s always a good sign!

I am very impressed with the service at TRD. Garome did everything in his power to get me the vehicle i needed. They were very respectful and patient with me having no credit history and got me the deal I needed on the vehicle i was looking for. (His Mechanic was awesome as well!!) YL gave my Husband and I so much insight, like actual advice, showed true patience when we had to make an hour long unplanned Insurance provider call, CARED that we understood and fit the plan we did fully. My husband left there registered insured with more knowledge And All because YL came in as an obvious man of honor. My God, if anyone is looking for a legitimately great used car and great workable process, I'm telling you come in with respect and you will be treated with more then such!

Best car buying experience to date! I took my little brother to buy his first car and Wael was so easy to work with and let us take our time in looking over the cars and test driving them. No pressure to purchase, which was refreshing. The car fax are provided for all the cars, which is great. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Y.L was so helpful to my husband and I. He picked us out exactly what we wanted and needed. There was a minor issue with the vehicle we wanted, he had his mechanic fix it RIGHT AWAY and ready for us to drive again after a few other test drives. He helped close our financing deal to work out for us when we really needed it! Once we purchased the car, we suspected a issue and called him right away. He sent his mechanic out to our location and he was there within 10min. Thankfully there was no serious problem and there was a simple solution to what we saw. They had it fixed with in ten minutes, HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO DO THAT! His customer service and effort to ensure the quality of his vehicles is outstanding.
