Trax Credit Union Delancey Station St, Riverview

First of all I’m not a member of Trax CU. My credit Union informed me there was a shared Credit Union near me. I think I had that deer in the headlights look when I walked in. Kelly, the manger saw it too! She said shared Credit Union? I said yes ma’am. She instantly said don't worry, I’ll take care of you. She was awesome and very informative! Please give her a raise and a bonus. Normally the term customer service is an oxymoron these days. Not for Kelly! She is a great addition to your establishment. Thanks for having her. I may open an account thanks to her😊 Victor

Heather go beyond the scope of work to help her clients. She always helped me out and took the time address my issues. Her customer services is beyond superior. I travel 30 minutes only to do business at her location. Hands down the best Asst. Manager .

Trax Credit Union in Riverview, Fl is the only location my husband and I have conducted our business because of the branch manager Roosevelt Broadnax. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to help. He has a very professional, yet approachable demeanor. The only complaint I have about this branch is Heather. She definitely needs more training in customer service.

Working with Heather is always a pleasure she is very caring and always will to help you get to where you need to be no matter when I called her branch she make time to see that all my banking needs are met then checks in to make sure things are going great Thanks heather for all your help over the past few months

Every staff member is kind, compassionate and handles all affairs swiftly with excellent knowledge and recommendations. This Trax CU branch is also in a perfect location, and has all of the financial products my family needs. Highly recommend!

Walked in with money to deposit and money to exchange for larger bills. Was rudely judged for the amount of cash I had and informed that they don’t exchange cash without it first being deposited into an account because otherwise it’s “money laundering” which is 100% untrue. Overall experience with this credit union has been extremely poor. ATM is always broke and has kept my card multiple different occasions.

Visited the Winthrop office and what a pleasant surprise. They were courteous knowledgeable and fast. Great help getting my truck refinance they gave me a great rate and lower my monthly payment. Thank you guys.

I always get great customer service from Heather S. She is always professional, kind and courteous and funny . every time I call to speak to her she's definitely gives me great service. And it is truly appreciated.
